Seems that lately airlines have been thinking a lot in different ways to communicate with their costumers,  recently we saw the examples of KLM and Spainair, now gol airlines decides to change the boring navigation on the web for flying on the web with this simple tool.

Unexpected luggage

For the last flight of christmas eve, Spainair decided to give a little present to their passengers, (an unexpected luggage) and created, nice and cool idea, that for sure passengers will remember at the time of choosing again, and will create word of mouth all around. just a simple idea that makes happy the customer, which is at the end what leads to success.
