For the last flight of christmas eve, Spainair decided to give a little present to their passengers, (an unexpected luggage) and created, nice and cool idea, that for sure passengers will remember at the time of choosing again, and will create word of mouth all around. just a simple idea that makes happy the customer, which is at the end what leads to success.
